According to the Trentonian, a serving of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in Ewing Township leads to what officers are claiming was a major drug operation being run by a retired correction officer. Based on the reports, prior to serving the TRO the officers were made aware of the fact that the Defendant was the owner of a Smith & Wesson handgun as well as a firearm identification card. When a TRO is issued all firearms, including firearms identifications cards must be seized.
