Mercer County Fugitive Located During Traffic Stop

A routine traffic investigation by a West Windsor police officer ends with a fugitive from justice being captured. The police first made contact with the Defendant, who is a thirty-four year old male from the City of Trenton, when they noticed his vehicle was stopped in the center lane of Route 1 at Washington Road in West Windsor. This occurred during the early morning hours of January 19th at about 2:30 am. Upon approaching the Defendant’s vehicle, the officers discovered that the Defendant was in fact passed out cold. Also, according to the reports, the officers located in plain view on the Defendant’s lap suspected marijuana. The Defendant was awoken and removed from his vehicle. Based on their observations, the Defendant was placed through several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST) so that the officers could determine whether or not he was driving under the influence. When the Defendant was being placed under arrest for driving under the influence of marijuana and for being in possession of marijuana, they learned that the Defendant was a wanted person out of Mercer County. To make matters worse, it was also determined that the Defendant had four active arrest warrants as well, three from Trenton and one from Hamilton Township. The Hightstown Fire Department was called to the 100 block to investigate a fire alarm. Large Quantity of Marijuana Seized in Hamilton NJ

Marijuana Distribution Attorneys in Mercer County New JerseyAfter a month long investigation by the Hamilton and Trenton police departments, three suspects from Mercer County were taken into custody last week and charged with various drug offenses. The Defendant’s, two of whom reside in the City of Trenton and the other in the Township of Hamilton, are alleged to have been distributing large quantities of drugs throughout Mercer County. The detectives arrested the Defendants at different locations but in all, they uncovered the following: $74,000 in cash, 20 grams of powder cocaine, a cocaine press, drug paraphernalia, 137 pound of marijuana, 672 vials of THC oil and they were also able to seize another $91,000 from two separate bank accounts. Tip Leads to Significant Cocaine & Marijuana Arrest in Trenton NJ

The Trenton Police Department was at it again this past weekend. According nj.com, the Trenton Police Department responded to a tip about a man wandering the 400 Block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard with a gun. When the officers arrived on scene they quickly noticed a potential suspect who matched the description given. When the suspect noticed the officers approaching he fled on scene. The officers were finally able to apprehend the suspect when they cornered him in an abandoned warehouse. The suspect turned about to be a forty-one year old male from the City of Trenton. During the arrest, the officer uncovered fifteen grams of crack cocaine, thirty grams of marijuana, $551 in cash and a bag of hollow-point bullets. It does not appear based on the reports that a handgun was actually uncovered. Unfortunately for the Defendant, things did not end their. When the officers were attempting to place the Defendant into the police car, he kicked one of the officers in the chest. Heroin and Marijuana Seized During Search Warrant in Hamilton NJ
